I wanted to take a moment to share some insights about Support Coordination and how it can play a vital role in helping you navigate your NDIS plan.
Support Coordination is designed to assist you in understanding and implementing your NDIS plan effectively. I am here to help you identify and connect with the right service providers who can meet your specific needs. Whether it’s mainstream, informal, community, or funded support, my goal is to ensure you have access to all the services necessary to achieve your NDIS goals.
Through Support Coordination, I aim to empower you by building your capacity to navigate the various services and supports available from a range of providers. Together, we can ensure you are well-equipped to maximize the benefits of your NDIS plan.

About the person behind Support Coordination With KAT

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about my experience with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Over the past six years, I've dedicated myself to providing quality support and personalized guidance to my participants. I truly enjoy empowering individuals to achieve their goals and navigate the intricacies of the NDIS system.
I understand that the ever-changing nature of this system can be daunting, and I'm here to help. By actively listening to your needs, I strive to ensure that everyone has a voice in expressing what they require to succeed. Your progress is my priority, and I am more than willing to schedule appointments outside of the traditional 9 to 5 hours to make myself available to you when you need assistance.
Additionally, I hold a degree in Financial Services and Business Management, which enables me to offer further expertise in helping you manage your affairs effectively.
I wanted to share some exciting updates regarding my professional development. Recently, I have furthered my studies in areas such as Introduction to Support Coordination, Advanced Intense Support Coordination, and Intense Psychosocial Support Coordination. These training programs have deepened my understanding and skills in supporting individuals effectively.
One aspect of my work that brings me great joy is keeping track of budgets. I strive to ensure that every funding opportunity is maximized for the best possible outcomes for those I support. My passion for delivering high-quality work pushes me to go above and beyond in every aspect of my role.
I am looking forward to applying these new skills and insights to continue supporting our community in meaningful ways.

I am excited to share some updates regarding my services and outreach in the southern Riverina and the Geelong area and all areas surrounding. As part of my commitment to providing personalized support, I am offering face-to-face meetings and am more than happy to travel to remote locations to ensure that everyone has access to the assistance they need. 
I am particularly thrilled to announce that I have expanded my focus to include Geelong and its surrounding areas. Having lived there in the past for over ten years, I have a deep understanding of the community and its unique needs. Additionally, I’m pleased to inform you that I have recently partnered with a qualified psychosocial recovery coach and who is local to the area. This collaboration will enhance our ability to support participants effectively.
I will be visiting Geelong regularly and look forward to following up with all participants to continue offering the best support possible.

Feedback & complaints


Support Coordination with KAT is committed to doing our best to resolve any issues raised by participants or interested parties in a responsive, fair and consultative manner.
We encourage people to provide feedback, raise concerns or complaints about any aspect of our service. We investigate and evaluate feedback and complaints to ensure we are continuing to improve the quality of our service.
We will support people through the complaint handling process, linking to external agencies such as Advocacy services and the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission, if applicable.
Support Coordination with KAT staff are trained on effective complaint handling processes and commit to abiding by the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS (Complaints Management and Resolution) Rules 2018.
Support Coordination with KAT is committed to providing people with accessible mechanisms to provide feedback, compliments and complaints. However, if you feel uncomfortable using Support Coordination with KAT internal complaints process, complaints can be lodged directly with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission via the dedicated complaints reporting line

Support Coordination with KAT values the privacy of every person and is committed to protecting the privacy and dignity of all participants.
We have implemented safeguards to ensure the safety and security of participants’ personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
Support Coordination with KAT will only collect information that is relevant to the needs of service delivery for the individual.
Personal information is not shared with anyone unless required by law.
In collecting personal information Support Coordination with KAT will take all reasonable practical steps to ensure the participant knows:
• Why the information is being collected,
• What the information is being used for,
• How the information will be stored and where,
• Who has access to the information and why, and
• Raise questions or concerns about how Support Coordination with KAT is dealing with personal information and how we handle privacy concerns or complaints.
